Unusual 5 star experience but have to commend the staff and manager at this location. My daughter had left her wallet there (SMH) and by the time we had retraced her steps while at the mall several days had past. We finally called the location to find out that they had kept the wallet safe and all cash and gift cards intact. While this may seem like the right and obvious thing to do it speaks to a high level of integrity. Very much appreciated.
Daniel was so amazing, the drinks were delicious.. and customer service was beyond anything I could ever expect, he went above and beyond for my order.. thank you so much will deff be back!! ☺️
This is author Paul Lamb, Exploring the Iceberg (his signature book). The Starbucks in Mapleview Mall in Burlington has great staff, always helpful and pleasant. Location and coffee of choice in the Mall.
