Our was purchased thru the take out site. I ordered a half chicken with an additional order of sauce. What I received was only a portion of a half chicken. The sauce was not the usual sauce that Swiss Chalet are known for but instead a beef based sauce that would have suitable for roast beef sandwich. Additional the fries were lukewarm. Not a great experience for me.

We came on Mother’s Day, I had quarter chicken and roast beef, the chicken was cold, the roast beef was fatty and was thrown on the plate in a clump it also was cold the mushrooms were not grilled they looked boiled, I will never go back to the Burlington location

Had a major safety concern with a take out order picked up from this location. Spent 90 minutes trying to a hold of someone to discuss and was unable to get anyone my only hope now is to contact health Canada in the morning. $93 order in the garbage.

I come here often and today’s experience is unusual. The meal was good the dessert was decadent however the service was not up to par. In fact it was abominable. The waitress’s attitude reminded me of Flow from Mel’s Dinner in the Alice sitcom from the 70’s. All in all I won’t let one bad experience ruin all the other past good ones.
