Staff and managers are so helpful.I forgot to asked no tomatoes but still they make new for me.Soo helpful and happiness on faces of all team.Best food and fresh fries always.

Two times I ordered ahead for pick up and when I arrived it hadn't even been made. Saying their online ordering system was down. Waited for them to make my order and then they forgot an item. Two times! Called Head Office this last time and they happily refunded me the entire order not just the one missing item šŸ‘ Told Head Office about the errors more than once. Hopefully they do better.
Based on a high number of other poor reviews for this location I will NEVER go here again. Obviously there's a big problem here.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The nachos are always stale, the employees don’t even know how to make the food properly based on the instructions given by headquarters. They add random sauces and ingredients to the tacos. Twice they’ve made my quesadillas with chipotle sauce instead of the jalapeno quesadilla sauce. They’ve also put sour cream on a cheesy Gordita crunch. When you complain they do not care and speak in their own language to the staff and do not do anything to address the problem and repeatly make the same mistakes over and over. I’ve worked at Taco Bell in the past and know how to make these items and it’s embarrassing that they’re allowing these employees to still work there

food was soggy and took almost 20 minutes to make also didn’t wrap my crunch wrap enough so it fell everywhere had no napkins no staff only two people working very unorganized

This is the worse location ! They have a lot of people "working" all they do is laugh and joke and food takes YEARS to get served. They all speak the same language

Wish I saw the rating before I ordered here lol. How do these people screw up something as basic as taco bell? I'm not hard to please, but the value box I ordered today was cold slop. Y'all need to shut this location down.

I’m writing to formally complain about the poor service my family and I received at your location on Saturday, September 21, just before closing.

The man with a turban at the register greeted us without a smile and informed us there were no nacho chips in the family pack, offering fries instead. When I suggested a refund or substitution for the price difference, he refused and falsely claimed fries and chips were the same price. We also didn’t receive the nacho cheese sauces he promised, and when I requested a receipt, he rudely insisted he had already given one.

To make matters worse, the staff were speaking in a foreign language and clearly bad-mouthing us. This behavior was disrespectful and unacceptable, far below the standard we expect from Taco Bell. I hope you will address this and ensure proper customer service training for your staff.
