Absolutely fantastic customer service and food! I was uneasy as I approached the counter and I was greeted with such pleasant hospitality. They asked me all the right questions to get me what I was looking for. I had the Art of Pho combo soup and my Aunt got beef Pad Thai. Great portions too! I would return without any hesitation.

I purchased lunch for myself and my husband today. I notified them that my husband had a severe peanut allergy and they immediately assured me that they do not use peanuts in the food. My husband started eating and could feel in his throat that there were peanuts in his meal. When I called them their response was very nonchalant “like oh I forgot that we put peanut butter in some sauces” that they then put in and on his meal. If you have concerns about any allergies do not eat here .

I ordered a beef pho and a bulgogi beef rice dish today for me (pregnant) and my daughter today and found a mop head strand in the salad of the rice dish. They gave me a refund but that was just so unsanitary!

I wish I took a picture but my lemongrass Bhan mi sandwich was probably the best I’ve had! My goshhhhhhh 🤤 full of flavour, good amount of mayo/butter and toppings! Cant wait to get another!
