Today, I visited this Tim Hortons location with my daughter, and it was yet another fantastic experience! This spot is my absolute go-to for coffee and food, not only because of its perfect location in the mall—ideal for a refreshing break—but also because of their unmatched customer service.

Despite being a busy mall location, the team here goes above and beyond to make every visit special. The employees genuinely care about their customers, and their warmth and efficiency shine through. Today, I ordered a coffee for myself and hash browns for my little princess.

A huge thank you to Laurie for crafting my coffee to perfection—just the right amount of cream and sugar, with a rich, fresh taste that made my morning! The hash browns were also deliciously fresh, and my daughter loved every bite.

What truly impressed me was Laurie’s patience and dedication, even during busy hours. Starting the day with such friendly, attentive service sets the tone for a great morning!

Without a doubt, I’ll be back soon—this location is a gem. If you’re looking for fresh food, amazing coffee, and service that makes you smile, this Tim Hortons is the place to be!

The guy who is working there, has no manners at all. They should trained their staff or hired some new employees because there is always a big line. people have to wait for a long time. why they don’t trained their staff.

So I am writing this review after multiple visits as everytime I think they would improve however the customer is and has always been pathetic. I would suggest this is my no go place now as everyone on front counter seems rude, tired and sick of taking orders.

Please visit some other Tim instead. This is just running as it is in a mall and convenient for people go but customer service is 0.

I want to share my excellent experience at your Tim. The guy who helped me (Manpreet) was great. She was friendly, and had good manners. She served me quickly, with a smile. When I asked for a drink recommendation, she suggested the mocha icecap, and I’m glad I took her advice! It had a great creamy texture with just the right amount of sweetness—super refreshing.

Worst tim i ever visited. Manager was very arrogant and rude she literally misbehaved with her employees i went to this tim earlier she spoke very rudely with her employee like she did a minor mistake how can someone forget their sense of talking i will never visit this time anymore

Most of the well know in hot and cold beverages and breakfast as well in entire Canada. I love it to have specially French Vanilla that comes in hot beverages.

I have been a Tim's customer since the day it opened it first location , but this is the worst for service some of the employees not all are very rude. There is always a very long line at anytime and they could not care at all, you can see the poor training of these people or maybe lack of management presence . Will not be returning to this location

No management presence. This place would be 100 times more efficient if they had someone managing staff and telling them what they need to do. There are people taking orders and telling customers to wait by the food window for their drinks. Meanwhile there are staff standing do nothing by their tills and they will make the odd persons drink and tell other people to collect drinks by food. The poor woman making the food is stuck with 70% of the orders. She was apologizing left right and centre and was lovely. Give her a raise! She was Ukrainian I believe and just so nice. The other people literally would take an order then stand and do nothing while people were waiting for drinks. Just poor usage of staff and paying for people who aren’t doing anything.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff on Saturday, October 26, 2024 morning shift. I ordered a vanilla creamy chill with sprinkles on top for my 9-year-old daughter. When we received it, there were no sprinkles, so I politely asked if they could add chocolate syrup instead. They informed me it would cost extra, which I was willing to consider. When I requested a refund, mentioning we would get it from another location, they claimed we had already started drinking it—when we hadn't touched it. It would have been much better if they had simply let us know they didn’t have sprinkles available. They told me to complain to the head office and gave me the number. I'm so disappointed.
