Most of the well know in hot and cold beverages and breakfast as well in entire Canada. I love it to have specially French Vanilla that comes in hot beverages.

I have been a Tim's customer since the day it opened it first location , but this is the worst for service some of the employees not all are very rude. There is always a very long line at anytime and they could not care at all, you can see the poor training of these people or maybe lack of management presence . Will not be returning to this location

No management presence. This place would be 100 times more efficient if they had someone managing staff and telling them what they need to do. There are people taking orders and telling customers to wait by the food window for their drinks. Meanwhile there are staff standing do nothing by their tills and they will make the odd persons drink and tell other people to collect drinks by food. The poor woman making the food is stuck with 70% of the orders. She was apologizing left right and centre and was lovely. Give her a raise! She was Ukrainian I believe and just so nice. The other people literally would take an order then stand and do nothing while people were waiting for drinks. Just poor usage of staff and paying for people who aren’t doing anything.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff on Saturday, October 26, 2024 morning shift. I ordered a vanilla creamy chill with sprinkles on top for my 9-year-old daughter. When we received it, there were no sprinkles, so I politely asked if they could add chocolate syrup instead. They informed me it would cost extra, which I was willing to consider. When I requested a refund, mentioning we would get it from another location, they claimed we had already started drinking it—when we hadn't touched it. It would have been much better if they had simply let us know they didn’t have sprinkles available. They told me to complain to the head office and gave me the number. I'm so disappointed.
Sorry 1st review was wrong Tim's. This one was slow with the lineup across the aisle. Didn't even look like a line. Was there around 240 pm for 2 coffees

Ordered a medium regular with milk, and received a medium regular with milk. And additionally received 2 napkins. The perfect amount, no more, no less. The napkin to coffee ratio was perfect. Thanks to Brooklyn and Laurie’s no nonsense and straightforward service. Excellent 👍

I visited this place today as I do everyday for my coffee around 3pm and I saw the manager was yelling at one of the girl I don’t know the whole conversation but she was actually threatening her to replace with someone if she don’t want to work properly. I don’t know the whole story but being rude at that level with your employees especially out front of customers is just degrading to someone.
This is not the first time I have seen this happening I remember one time a lady was in a line to order her drink I guess she works at this location when she came up on the till I was on the other till this old lady manager came out and started yelling and shouting at her for something that she probably forgot to do on her last shift. I was shocked with her behaviour because the lady came for a coffee on her day off not to get yelled at.
Really disappointed with this behaviour and I have seen the expressions of other employees when this happened they all actually seem so used to it or scared that they don’t even react or say something. I hope the management will do something to fix this. Because being a regular customer it’s really disheartening to watch your fav people being treated like that.
Please take a serious action for this just not acceptable make us uncomfortable.
