Such a nice little place, there are fast, the place looks clean and it has a little patio. Gas stations are usually out of everything and the coffee is never fresh. But I got an amazing experience. Definitely would be back. Great job!!

this is the Russian roulette of Tim Hortons at 6 o’clock in the morning. (I miss Barbie). You will either get somebody kind, polite, and your coffee made correctly… Or… Someone who is miserable, short, impolite, and can’t make coffee to save their lives. my favourite is when I hear the voice from the order box when I pull up saying “what do you want?” feels like somebody really hates their job.

Is it the economy? Or just really bad service? This is the bagel with cream cheese that I ordered. I paid extra for this smidge of cream cheese. After posting this I realized that there have been complaints about food and service that are WAY worse than mine. The owner (or Tim Hortons) even replied and asked to call a hotline which only added injury by putting people on hold and not having any resolution. What if, they just take all of the reviews as complaints and actually develop resolution to improve their service? I mean, do you really need people to actually go thru the trouble to call you only to be put on hold and get aggrivated even more? The reviews have pictures, and they are horrible! Maybe, I don't know, use this to retrain the staff of how service is supposed to be like (this area can be busy but customers are rarely rude!), how food is supposed to be served (iced coffe is supposed to have ice, toasted bagels- not burned, food is edible- no insects included, proper bagel to cream cheese ratio). Just a suggestion.
