This is one of the best Tim Hortons around. The staff is friendly, the drive through moves fast and the food is good. I drive out of my way from Waterdown to go to this Tim Hortons. I was so disappointed to see it’s closed. I hope it’s going to reopens soon. Thank you to this Tim Hortons for having standards. I wish more Franchises were as good as this one. Please reopen soon!
I was very sorry to see the terrible damage done by a probably derranged derilict at this location. To my mind this is one of the best Tim Horton franchises in Canada. The employees are always polite and the decor from beautiful flower boxes to lots of tasteful Winter lights makes it a pleasure to come by.
Love going there for my tea and muffins. I do have one downside go the Brant and Upper Middle store. You never hear this staff speaking English and I consider that to be a big problem and unacceptable. They are serving customers, they are a public place and they must speak English at the work place while working.
