Horrible service only at this location. Got my order wrong and had an attitude

Ordered over the phone, was told one hour to delivery. After 1 1/2 hours I was told drive was minutes away. 3 hours later, still no pizza.. 10/10 would not recommend again.

Ordered two pizzas at 530 pm, its now 8 pm and they haven't showed up. We call and they say few more minutes. Absolutely terrible service.

Parth was a very polite and friendly employee and help me out with the ordering the pizza and really it was very tasty

We ordered a Pizza for my girlfriends birthday last night, and asked for a half pepperoni half cheese pizza, for our vegetarian friends. When the pizza finally came, it was full Pepperoni! We called the restaurant as soon as we saw the mistake, and we spoke to head office, and they noticed on our (mine and my girlfriends) end the pizza was correct, but due to a system error in their App and Online Ordering system they messed up the pizza. She told the restaurant to send a large cheese pizza to make up for the mistake. Not even 10 minutes later, the Owner of the restaurant called us back saying that he made it correctly based on the receipt he received on his side and that refused to make the pizza. Totally rude and argumentative!

We called head office again, and the representative who we spoke to earlier, called the restaurant again to tell them to do their job. He still refused to make the pizza they messed up, and wouldn't refund us either for their mistake. We had to order a replacement from a different restaurant at our own expense. This lack of customer service needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY! I'd start with a change of management! Completely unacceptable!!!

I went to toppers today at the Burlington Brant location to try their $4.95 special that included a slice of pizza and a pop. I just find it funny that they have a special for $4.95 and i was charged $7.01. When i asked the employee why it was $7.01 when the special was $4.95 she told me it’s because of taxes. I understand tax but an extra $2+ …. That’s like 40% tax…. The math is not mathing.

I ordered $170 worth of pizza for my daughter’s 6th birthday party ahead of time for a delivery time of 4:45pm. After 4 phone calls with Toppers Support from 5pm-5:45pm, our pizza finally showed up at 5:50pm. Horrible customer service from the Brant store location and the driver who didn’t even apologize for his tardiness. I am still waiting on a returned phone call for any type of compensation. We love Toppers pizza, but this experience will send us elsewhere next time. I handed 26 hungry kids their pizza as their parents were picking them up to go home at 6pm. This was more than a week ago, and is Infuriating.

I ordered a pizza (which was very good) but the driver left it on my porch in -10° weather, knocked on the door and walked away.

Never said a word to me. I guess because I pre-tipped online he figured he didn't need to do anything else. So I won't be tipping the driver's anymore or asking for delivery.

We have had been lucky to find a Halal serving scrumptious pizza in Burlington, you name it and they have !
Our pizzas were right on spot, from being the perfect dough to taste.
Definitely on our order list for the upcoming party! Would highly recommend to visit.
