This place is truly amazing. The pizza is always delicious, and I love to go there. Their service is amazing too, the staff members are really kind. I will always rate this place a 5 star, they deserve it, for working really hard.

WARNING: This location has gone beyond downhill. They have fired all the previous staff and now have minimal staff working there that cannot keep up with demand. Sadly, this used to be my favorite pizza but after ordering pickup and arriving 40 minutes later to see the pizza haven't even been made to go in the oven, I simply left. I won't be back.

This place has fallen!
Walls doors are dirty dirty dirty, staff back and forth from front to food without washing hands.
Takes 10min to order if done in person and still can't get it right. Not a difficult order either. Walk-in med pepperoni with garlic butter crust and 2 dipping sauces. Hopefully Appleby is still good be trying it next time.

We ordered Topper’s recently and had it successfully delivered, we liked it and went to order it again but the app said they do not deliver to us. I called customer service and was told the location doesn’t have delivery drivers until after 4:00 pm and would we like to order for pick up, I said no. Well, it’s 4:30 pm and we are trying on a different day and the same thing happened. Unfortunately this means we have chosen somewhere else that will deliver.

Pizza is good but really disappointed in management. We have been regulars for a long time - on our last order check out took a long time because a brand new staff member was left on their own, the pizza was cold, and we were given a two mediums instead of a medium and a large which we paid for. I emailed the company directly the same night rather than write a negative review, mistakes happen and this could have easily been rectified. Head office responded right away saying they had forwarded my email and contact info to the store, unfortunately 10 days later I still have heard nothing. Had someone reached out to rectify the situation we would still be regulars, unfortunately we will now be ordering from somewhere else.

Wow their toppings couldn’t be sliced any thinner, you can’t even taste them
They don’t use good quality cheese because it’s very chewie and tasteless
$35 for a med pep mush pizza is costly

Been coming here forever food is good but service is always terrible. Came in 20 minutes after I placed my order and one of the two men working hadn’t even started the order. Even though they told me it would be ready for that time. When I start asking questions as to why it’s taking so long and hasn’t been started he began getting frustrated with me as if it was my fault. Ultimately his excuse was that the guy was working on mine and another order and that’s why it’s not ready?

Ordered over the phone, was told one hour to delivery. After 1 1/2 hours I was told drive was minutes away. 3 hours later, still no pizza.. 10/10 would not recommend again.

Ordered two pizzas at 530 pm, its now 8 pm and they haven't showed up. We call and they say few more minutes. Absolutely terrible service.
