I am vegetarian and i have ordered online cauliflower bites..instead i got chicken bites. Nobody paid attention..then i had to wait as they said they will make another one. They actually promised to refund me and gave me free food. I really appreciate the effort they are making for 1 customer.

Finally got to try out Wings Up wings tonight. I was not impressed. I had the Tai wings. Below average flavour. Not crispy. Over priced. Fries were good. Wouldn't go back.

Wings were extremely saucy and the box leaked the sauce all over me and my brand new truck. Put it in a bag! Also cashier first didn’t check to see if my credit card had been approved and gave me my food. He then ran me down in the parking lot to tell me that payment had not gone through and I would have to come back in to pay. When inside, the cashier could not come up with less than a dollar’s worth of change and I had to go to my truck for exact change. After this, I got home and tried the wings. They were soggy, over sauced and not good. This experience cost me $50

These people know nothing about customer service. Didn’t even care what customer is even saying. Not good behaviour of employees.
Never recommend any offer. Always made me pay more than what I supposed to.

Potato wedges totally uncooked and we didn't eat them.
We ordered 3lbs of wings and even if you include the box does not come to 3 lbs.
I called to speak with a manager or supervisor about the food issues and was told that there were not any at the location at that time. That was it.
Absolutely disappointed!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location. I placed an order for 2lbs of wings. Wings were basically a soup. Never even ordered extra sauce, and the dry rub was covered in so much salt it wasn’t even edible. Called as soon as the wings were received to talk to manager and was told they’d replace them. Called back to place the order and they said they can’t. Won’t tell me when the manager is available to discuss it. Horrible customer service and unprofessional.
