We stopped in to the Holiday Inn Drive location at 430p yesterday to pick up a couple meals. I was extremely happy with the excellent customer service. Our meals were hot and fresh. It was our first time at this location and, as the Hespeler Rd location now has horrible service and food, we will make this our go-to location.Dietary restrictions: I love that A&W posts the ingredients to all of their menu items on their website. the food is good but the service is stupidly slow all the time. every time i come to this location i’m always waiting at the speaker, waiting at the window and waiting after the window for the food. no matter what time i come it’s always the same.

I’ve been going to this A&W for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are well trained, always friendly, and the food is as expected each time! Kudos to the staff and owners ??
