The attendant was super nice and helpful. I wanted birthday wishes written on the cake. The attendant said she has only 1 color(blue) to write on chocolate colour. It didn’t look nice at all but that’s all what she’s provided by cheap owner. Big franchise but cheap service.They should have 3-4 different colours to write or decorate the cakes as it shows in the website.
Today on July 3 at 1:00PM, I got a best service I have ever had from Baskin Robbins. I ordered two sundaes and they were very very delicious. The employee who made my sundae was very supportive and very polite. I wish to have such service each and every time when I visit here.

They were out of a pre packed ice cream, which they normally have plenty of but it's $3 more for freshly packed. So I asked if they'd pack a tub for me for the prepacked price but they said no, I'd have to pay extra because they were out of prepacked.
