Possibly the slowest service I have ever seen for the simplest orders. They let food just sit under the lamp and then walk off to the back. Kirandeep specifically does not care about the job at all, go to Tim’s or Popeyes instead not worth
Stopped in for a coffee at 7:30 PM and was told Coffee is a "Breakfast only item". Tell that to Starbucks or the McDonald's next door. Staffed by people who have no business working in a customer service setting. Went to McDonald's and got my coffee. And Wifi too which you guessed it, was not available at BK......

It’s a half hour before close and they don’t want to cook any more fries so the only option is to get mozzarella sticks with a combo and they charge you extra for it. I feel like all the ONroutes never used to be so garbage, but this is the typical experience these days.
