BUYER BEWARE: VEGAN DONUTS ARE NOT VEGAN! These donuts are labelled as "Vegan" and dairy-free, but according to staff and one of the owners, Mark Brown, they are fried in the same fryer as the dairy donuts. They apparently do have a fryer for customers with gluten intolerance but choose not to provide the same level of respect or safety to customers with dairy intolerance, and/or to customers who believe they are purchasing vegan donuts. The assorted doughnuts and fritters we ordered were a huge hit at our office gathering. Beautiful to look at and so tasty. You do get what you pay for - they were HUGE! The one or two leftovers even stayed fresh the next day!
The service is great, and the staff are very friendly.
My only complaint is that when I picked up my order (I ordered by phone the day before) there was no receipt attached. The person working that day gave me the wrong contact info to get my receipt....read full review
