Uninviting and impatient counter staff!!!!
I have given Monigram Coffee Roasters 4 tries hoping for a better outcome each time. It didn’t happen. It is very hard to ask questions and try new coffees when the staff treat you like they want you to leave. They are dismissive and rude and no coffee is worth that.
