Exceptional service
I love Popeye's chicken from this location. I order the non-spicy style. If you do that be prepared to wait fifteen to twenty minutes as they have to cook it. It's piping hot when ready and depending on the size of the order the chicken will stay hot for some time.
It's well worth going there for nice juicy chicken with a wonderful crust.
I want to appreciate the night shift manager Dua in Cambridge for the excellent customer service. She was kind, respectful, and very professional. She made my visit pleasant and made me feel welcome. Thank you for your great attitude and hard work—it is truly appreciated!
