Every time we go there (which is not often now at all), something always gets left out or, in this case (which is the 3rd time now) we pull up to the order box and they say "we'll be right with you". We wait, and then someone pulls into the next order box and they help them first!! Like I said, this has happened 3 times now and I feel it is completely unacceptable.
