I go to tim hortons every morning before work and when Al and Fern are there its an amazing experience. they are soo friendly, always remember my order, they go above and beyond!! when i go and they are not there its hit and miss. but you can guarantee that if i show up and Al and fern are there not only will i get my order done right and with care but im always guaranteed to leave with a smile!!
Sent my order to opposite ends of the store and didn’t bother to tell me. My fault for waiting before I asked about the other half of my order. By then it was cold. Manger only said they don’t usually do that.
I typically treat myself to Tim Hortons in the morning before work. The last couple of times I have ordered wraps that weren’t really grilled just folded pressed just enough to get slightly warm and that’s it. So I switched to getting a bagel and a tea and the last two times I get a burnt bagel that I try to take a bite out of and just throw it in the garbage because I didn’t notice it was burnt until getting to work.
Very disappointed!
