2 yrs ago I waited in the drive thru for 45 mins, I was locked in with cars in front and behind me. I have not been back until last night. I waited in the drive thru for 5 mins before they took the order of the person in front of me. She says, "No, just make sure it is hot this time".
I swiftly put my car in reverse and left. Nothing has changed, A&W Carleton Place is in serious need of new management.
Disappointing overall
We asked for ketchup. Never got any. There’s were so many workers standing around
