The chef uses local Artisinal meats and produce to make a unique French cuisine. I’m thoroughly impressed. All the dishes were very good, but the holiday turkey amuse bouche started this menu off with a unique experience that only got better with each subsequent course. Highly recommend for the discriminating gastronome.

A must visit. I've eaten steak tartare around the world and this one stood up to them all! Service was perfect, not in your face but always attentive.
Enjoyed an amazing 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Everything was spectacular. Some diners were loud but that is not a Black Tartan issue. We loved it and will absolutely be returning. Well done Chef Ian and the entire team!!
