Bare bones, take out only and brisk service. The food is reasonably good. Some things were great (egg roll, lo mein). The essential component is the value and portion size on the combination dishes. That lifts it above most other options for take out, including fast food.
Yesterday I picked up 2 dinners for 7 at Fisherman Palace. Also, garlic shrimp with broccoli, shrimp with mixed vegetables, as well as Szechuan Spicy Mixed Vegetables, and Kung Pao Bean Curd for two vegetarian grandkids. My family had a birthday banquet that night.Everything was beautifully wrapped up for taking out, and the food was, without exception, delicious!The Fisherman Palace cook(s) (?) are something special. We had a Christmas party with Chinese food from here, the spicy vegetable, crispy ginger chicken and honey garlic ribs got the best review but all 18 dishes were good! They are open Mondays which was very handy as well.
