“I had an amazing experience at Gino’s Pizza, all thanks to Veerubha! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely attentive. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their service, and it really shows.
Veerubha went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from helping with the order to making sure the food came out just right. His positive attitude and friendly personality made the whole experience even better.
And the pizza? Absolutely delicious. Honestly, this is one of the best Gino’s Pizza locations I’ve ever been to, and Veerubha is a big reason why. He truly makes customers feel valued and appreciated.
If you’re stopping by, I highly recommend it, especially if you get served by Veerubha. Exceptional service, great vibes, and fantastic food. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Very nice people and the pizza is great. Only problem I have is with getting orders wrong. It keeps happening. “It’s not in the best area, but open late. The staff here are great - helpful and polite. The food has always been made - honestly, perfect. In the late evenings they lock the door for added security. You have to be buzzed in, I appreciate that that they added that measure. Once you place your order the wait is reasonable. Definitely worth the visit whenever needed :)“

“Delicious!! 😋 I have been searching for a good pizzeria but have been disappointed until I found this one! Very friendly and accommodating. I wanted thin crust and extra sauce and they were happy to do it 😊 Also, when handed the debit machine he skipped the tip automatically & offered dipping sauces for free. “A long overdue review from me. Where do I even start?
When I moved to Hamilton(many years ago), this family had just bought this place, the people running the pizzaria prior, sucked.
The food is amazing, and they've always been extremely helpful. They've NEVER, EVER. Gotten my order wrong, and are never late.
At one point we were ordering from them twice a month, they know my phone number, voice and address by heart, and absolutely never skip a beat.
I love this place so much the owners are genuine, polite, amazing people.“

“Went in late night, because they're supposed to be open 24 hours. Girl at the counter said they only do online and phone orders at this time (about 245am). I asked for clarification that if I go out to my car and use my phone to order something, then it's ok but not with me standing right there. She said that was correct. "Open" sign was on, door was unlocked and there was food. I left because it wasn't worth the silliness.“

“I recommend Domino's Pizza, just not this location. Thier whole job is to make the pizza you order and more times than not they make it incorrect. I have an autistic son that will not eat any pizza accept cheese pizza and his brother only eats the meat pizza. Didn't know it was so hard to make a half and half pizza. 3 of the last 5 orders have been Incorrect and calling the store is of no use. I order every Tuesday the same thing. Maybe some retraining is in order.. Not sure why it is so hard to make a half cheese pizza.“
