“Updated: I added a couple stars to the rating because Burger King replied and made it right. And the food I ordered today (burger) was delicious!

Service has improved! The new guy at the drive thru is nice and the blonde girl is courteous also. Great! But my review is 2 stars based on the food. Often times the fries are not full, I pay more for a large but when it is half empty,then I know I am being ripped off. Awful!
But the worst part of my experience from my March 2026 visit was the new Deluxe Crispy Chicken. It was terrible! So bad!! I cant even say it was like a cheap frozen patty from the grocery store,it was much worse. It tasted so bad. Awful flavour. Not even the mayo could disguise it. I didn't want to bring it back because they were so nice. I forced myself to eat it because it was going to be my only meal of the day. And it looks absolutely nothing like the ad. It truly tasted so terrible that I will never buy a chicken sandwich from Burger King again because the thought of it makes me sick. Their burgers are delicious though and their fries are better than any other fast food place.“
“By far THE BEST Burger King!!! This is the only Burger King I will eat at in my travels. Super clean, friendly and efficient staff. My order is always correct and served promptly.I'm afraid to eat food from most other filthy, sticky floor locations in my travels to London and Cambridge.The brand new Ingersoll location is clean, but the staff are incompetent. I only ordered fries and a beverage, which took 10 minutes because my server didn't know my fries were sitting under the heat lamp, despite me telling him multiple times.“
