I placed an order on the website over two weeks ago. It has still not shipped. It took 3 days for anyone to respond to my 1st email and still no response to my 2nd. Online support leave much to be desired. If you're planning to buy chocolates, find a retail outlet. The online purchase option is unreliable.
Peace by Chocolate is and awesome business that makes fantastic chocolates. highly recommended!

AVOID PLACING ONLINE ORDERS!
Just like other reviewers stated, I place my online order Aug 28, 2025, and it’s Dec 14, & I still have not received it. Sent multiple messages about order status & no responses. They charged me for the order on Aug 28th and it’s too late to request my credit card co to stop payment for a fraudulent charge.
I truly wanted to support & promote this Middle Eastern family business (vs just using See’s) and I intentionally sought them...read full review
