I see they didn't have any other options, so I chose not child friendly. As a mother and former food service person. I was never trained to touch people or grab their children. Regardless of what my child was doing. You don't put your hands on someone's child. That is full on assault. That type of behavior can be traumatizing for a child, let alone their parent. the service is horrible and when you just ask if the item is right because a chocolate cherry blizzard just looks like vanilla ice cream in a cup they say yes it is and close the window at drive-thru so you can't talk any more
