Bad food bad service keep getting overchargedDairy Queen I would be avoiding Dairy Queen at COBOURG as I can not figure it if it just bad customer service and HQ of DQ do not care nor DQ COBOURG Management or it discrimination against Blacks and Jews circa 1939 Germany. I only wish you best of luck in your future endeavours

Does the staff typically use their bare hands to manhandle the food? I picked up a cake for my sons birthday; upon asking the lady to put a number on it- she proceeded to open the cake in front of me and use her bare unwashed hands to scrape and make space on the cake, no gloves. I’m not trying to be rude here but that’s how people get sick. I have no idea where her hands had been or if she just did a cash transaction previous to my order.. . It’s gross - period. I asked for a new cake after watching her paw at the first one - she takes new cake to the back ; so I cannot now see what she is doing - then comes out with my cake and puts the other one back in the freezer - right in front of me. No “ sorry” or “you’re welcome” just an eye roll because I wanted a cake not manhandled.I won’t be back; and my kids had better not get sick. This is poor hygiene practice- and your staff should be trained accordingly or be removed from handling any food. Have some respect for public and being clean and sterile.

I went here for dinner somewhere in August and I had this wonderful and kind has a big smile of his face making eye contact while taking my order and he accidentally messed up on one thing and this red head came out of nowhere and started yelling at him and it very rude and unprofessional of her to be yelling at a employ in front of people. But food was really good still would recommend it!!!

Food is what you would expect. Bathroom was a bit dirty and the cubicle door would not shut.We've purchased milkshakes at the drive thru, 5 or 6 times this summer. Shakes were good, but there was a 10 - 12 minute wait...with only 2 cars ahead of us.

I miss DAIRY QUEEN!!! Enough of DQ already. Bring back the dairy already. It's not that the products don't taste okay it is more to do with the after math that comes an hour or two later, if you know what I mean. Why do all good things come to an end? I'm willing to pay for quality.... just one man's opinion. Sorry DQDietary restrictions: Dairy free and most likely lactose free

Wife went to grab us a treat…. Took forever. She asked for a medium Oreo with double stuff….. it’s a medium, but with cholesterol chip, and it’s basically liquid….. she got a small skor which they managed to get correct. Maybe your speaker system at the drive through is messed up? Let’s get real here…. You pay $15 for a medium and a small blizzard, it’s not complicated, but again you guys manage to mess up the order…. I’m putting this in my freezer and bringing it back tomorrow. You guys suck. Train people better. Communication is the most important tool you have in customer service. Absolutely terrible. The lady at the drive through was asking about cotton candy flavour……….. skor and Oreo….. where are you getting cotton candy from? And to end up with chocolate chip? What’s going on over there?????
