“The staff are excellent and the food is great. But maybe do something about the strung out drug users passed out over your tables. This poses a safety risk to patrons and a health and safety issue. Every time I come in I see this. Otherwise, staff are the best part of this establishment
So treat them well. Maybe get them some air conditioning in their work area in the summertime. They look like they’re suffering from heat exhaustion.“

“I have been to Olympus Burger in Port Hope quite a few times. The restaurant is always clean. Their food is absolutely delicious. The staff treat their customers with great respect and kindness. When they have deals on their meals, they always make sure that they let the customers know. All of the burgers have very interesting names which makes the burgers more noticeable. I have never had a bad burger at Olympus burger . The meals are always hot and fresh. I hundred percent recommend Olympus burger .“

“My boyfriend and I have came to this cat cafe multiple times. Each time we came they provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They have amazing quality food and drink items. Their ice lattes are to die for.

They make excellent food items. My boyfriend and I had a grilled pickle grilled cheese, it was the best grilled cheese that I’ve ever had! They have great portions and delicious lunch foods.

The front area and the cat rooms are very clean and hygienic. The staff take great pride on making sure that the cats are well care for and that the area is clean and tidy.

Each time that we have came to visit the cafe and cat area, each staff member are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cats and the proper care. You can really tell that they are motivated to the providing great care to the cats within the cat rooms.“

“We visited Port Hope for the day and started by admiring their charming downtown. We stumbled on this restaurant inside the historic Waddell Hotel, and it turned out to be such a great find. The building is old (in the best way), and you can actually feel its character from the echo in the dining rooms. It’s cozy, charming, and full of that Port Hope small-town warmth.

The menu is surprisingly extensive, with lots of classic Italian dishes — perfect if you’re craving pasta like I was. I ordered the Tuscan Gambertto: large tiger shrimp, chicken, nduja sausage, spinach, olives, all tossed in a creamy vodka sauce. It absolutely hit the spot, and bonus points for offering both chili flakes and chili oil. My friends shared the Brooklyn Pizza and Caesar Salad, and there wasn’t a single bite left on any of our plates.

The quality was great, the prices were reasonable, and the service was genuinely friendly. If you’re looking for delicious Italian food in Port Hope or a cozy restaurant with charm and history, this is a must-try. We’ll definitely be back.“
