“I had such a wonderful experience at A&W, especially during the dinner timeframe. One lady named Rubal was incredibly kind, generous, and welcoming. She served the food so nicely and made sure everything was perfect. Her customer service was truly outstanding and made the whole experience even better. Employees like her really make customers want to come back again. Thank you, Rubal, for your amazing hospitality!“

“Went in late tonight to get dinner for my mom and I. Even though they were cleaning up they still made my burgers, onion rings and fries. It was so close to closing that I felt bad. I honestly have to say that they were the best burgers and fries I've had in awhile. Cooked perfectly and didn't have to wait long . This is definitely going to be my go to place when I'm hungry.“

“The truck was parked in a spot clearly says as someone’s private property. The moment they parked, my employee politely informed them that if they weren’t buying anything, they couldn’t just leave their truck blocking the area. One of them went to Tim Hortons, and the other walked into our store only to use the washroom.
While he was inside, another transport truck came by and couldn’t pass because their truck was blocking the route. A second trucker had to wait nearly five minutes before squeezing through. Their careless parking created unnecessary chaos for everyone actually stopping by to buy something.
When the guy came out of the washroom, he pretended to order even though it was obvious he had no intention of purchasing. So we told him politely, “If you’re not buying, that’s fine — but next time, don’t park here unless you’re a customer.”
Instead of acting normal, he said, “I’m not the one driving. Go tell my co-driver in the truck.”
At that point, I had no choice but to approach the truck. I took the number plate because their behavior — rude, disrespectful, and entitled — was concerning.
Then they came back into the store, taking pictures of staff, raising their voices, and trying to intimidate us like goons. That wasn’t just disrespectful — it was alarming. They really acted like it was their “right” to do whatever they want on private property.
People like this ruin the reputation of hardworking, respectful truckers who visit us daily.
It takes barely five minutes to park properly and not disrupt someone’s daily operations.
Everyone here is working — you’re not the only one under pressure, Mr. Goon.
Don’t dump your work stress on others and then act like you own the place.
Yes, we are immigrants too, but at least we understand basic civic sense — something you clearly need to learn. Respect is earned, not demanded.“
