“We were just at Kelsey's in Collingwood for my boyfriend's birthday and had a wonderful experience. As a retired resort owner/operator, I recognize service excellence and understand that it comes from the top. The manager, Chris Channing, was part of our experience from taking the reservation, suggesting their amazing Butterfinger Ice Cream Cake for the birthday dessert, greeting us at the door, sincerely thanking us for choosing Kelsey's for our celebration and singing Happy Birthday with his staff.
It is difficult to serve a table of 13, and Avery, our server, did an exceptional job. All of the drinks and meals were delivered in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
All of our group enjoyed their meals. I especially enjoyed all of the gluten free options; from lettuce wrapped fajitas to pasta dishes.
I highly recommend Kelsey's in Collingwood for a casual meal or celebration.“
