We went here on Valentine’s Day for the pre-course menu. Food was good. Drinks were a little weak on the cocktail pours, but still very good. Wine selection was well paired with the food. The service was a a little slow, but in all fairness, it matches the ambiance of French service well… things are slower over there. Would recommend this place, for sure!
Had a wonderful experience at Poppy’s. The food was fantastic, especially the Tuna Tartare. That was the star for me. But everything we ordered was excellent. Our steak was cooked perfectly and the Baked Alaska was delicious. I was impressed to see that on the menu and it did not disappoint. Our server Kat was very friendly, made great recommendations when I asked her opinion and she was very attentive, but not too attentive. I would highly recommend Poppy’s to anyone and...
Found this gem of a place by fluke while searching for a birthday lunch trip for my wife. We went when it wasn't busy. The steak tartare was absolutely amazing. My wife had the turkey club which she said was great and I had the wagyu beef burger cooked to perfection. We each had a cocktail and they were great as well. I'd drive the hour again just to have that burger. Service was also spot on, not too overbearing as most restaurants tend to be and let you eat in peace....
