I got a large order for me company, they were very accommodating, however for the price it was quite disappointing. There was enough base for the toppings, ended up being a soggy mess getting back to the office. If they added more rice and lettuce, it would've been much more worth it. The bowl was not even filled up. Extremely disappointing.

I placed a order on under eats and asked to put meat on the side without notifying me they charged me $3 extra not for extra meat but just to put meat on the side. $3 is a small amount but atleast they should mention it to customer about extra charge it is about ethics

Waited 30min for burrito bowl after ordering. Why not prepare more meat dishes ahead of time and keep it warm? Food was tasty and the conditions were orderly.

Pretty bad service, was told order was ready for pickup and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food while other people came in and got there's right away. Wouldn't recommend.
Usually I come here tuesday for their taco special and they make nice tacos with appropriate amount of ingredients but today, the server seemed very rushed even though I was the only customer in the store. Unfortunately there is barely anything in the tacos. Very disappointing and he needs more customer service training.

I inquired about the gluten free options ans asked for a gluten free item. Staff demanded to know if it was an "allergy" or a "preference." I said that I don't have an allergy, but I have a sensitivity and can't have gluten. The asked again if it wad an allergy, as it has to have different preparation if it wad an allergy. I said no. It's not an allergy, it was a sensitivity not a preference and I needed it to be gluten free. The staff seemed to not want to have to do whatever was required to make my item gluten free as I requested and was willing to pay more for. I really don't think I should have to give my medical information to order food. I'd I say I want gluten free make it gluten free. I left hungry as it doesn't seem like a safe place to order from if you canr have gluten.

I placed an order for pickup through DoorDash, which was confirmed. Upon arriving at the restaurant, there were no other customers, and the two employees were chatting idly. When I informed them I was there for a pickup, they initially claimed they didn’t have my order. After I showed them my confirmation, one employee checked their DoorDash account and found my order, even though they initially said their DoorDash account wasn't working.
While one employee began preparing my order, he continued chatting with someone who arrived later. The other employee remained on his phone and did not assist, despite my order being substantial. It took 20 minutes for my order to be completed, and no apology was offered. The lack of professionalism and indifference displayed by both employees was disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

Ordered a salad bowl from here this afternoon and the lettuce was all brown and wilty, tomatoes were mushy and my chicken was dry to the bone. Dissapointed with the food quality for sure.
