Hey Noodle is our favourite Chongqing noodle. The noodle is very chewy and the topping has peanut and peas. Although the noodle cannot choose the thickness, it is the right thickness we want. You can choose the level of spiciness. We always choose mild, but this time the mild spice became unbearable. Not sure if it is a mistake. Great food and service, I would definitely recommend their weekday cash special menu - very filling for one person and good value. They are accommodating for dietary restrictions too. Our server was Christina and she was both friendly and quick. Will be back!
We have been here many times, including when they had their anniversary special and noodles were one dollar. At Hey noodle, you can adjust the spice level as well as the numbing level, which is interesting. We would recommend mild for the numbing, as for spice five out of five is tolerable if you really like spicy food. The flavour are authentic and noodles are great and chewy.
