Extremely dissapointed. First time visiting this store because i was visiting the area. I go inside and thought id get a sub combo. Theres a lineup of around 3 people so I thought lets use the washroom. As im walking towards the washroom the lady making the subs shouts at me and says the washroom is for paying customers only in a rude tone. I asked her why she was assuming that I wont buy anything. At theat point another Indian lady from the back (persuming manager) starts getting hostile and aghressive with with me. Saying that "people" like me take advtantage of using the bathroom and not buy anything and when told not to wrote dishonest google reviews. Why discriminate someone and assume the worst? Is this any way to talk to a customer? Both their tones and their presumptions about me were very disrespectful. All I asked in return is: why are you assuming?? Why would i walk into the restaurant if i didnt want to buy a sub? Dont I have the right to use the bathroom if im waiting in a long line and i need to go? This customer service is unacceptable. Imagine if they are talking this way to me for this situation, how would they talk to people when they want a little extra lettuce, or sauce on their sub??? I left respectfully without being rude to anyone. I later went to a different mr.sub location and told them what happend and they said there isnt anything wrong with people using our washrooms and said go ahead no problem. And i wasnt even a regular person i was about to buy a sandwich... If your company accepts this kind of disrespect for customers I wont ever be visiting your franshise again. Very dissapointed!

Pretty tasty subs. Had the assorted combo and the vegetarian meatball subs. Both were quite good. Staff was friendly and the inside of the establishment was clean.

IDK why they would leave only 1 worker alone during late hours but this one employee that was there was literally the laziest, rudest person I've seen. I've never seen someone work so slow in my life and responded with a rude attitude when I tried to put in my order. Definitely don't recommend this location since they clearly have low standards when it comes to hiring staff.

Ordered sub of the day and was limited to how much toppings I can out on. I was told the boss said to limit it … the bread I got was stale. Overall sandwich was not good at all.

Ordered through skip the dishes. I order a chicken Parm. I selected the sauce in the toppings section. They must've put a drop of sauce, if any, because there is no red on this sub. It was dry and the chicken was so unappetizing. I usually prefer the other sub shop and decided to try mr.sub. I think I'll be sticking to the other one. My husband sub was also missing toppings.

Came here for lunch today. Had an assorted sub and I was really impressed.First, this location is spotless and smells clean as soon as you walk into the establishment.The bread is way better than Subway. This is the first time I had it warmed up, and was really happy I did!I didn't even take a picture. I enjoyed it, as I watched CP24 and before I knew it, I devoured the entire sub.I will definitely be back! Haven't been here in years. It was always perfect. It still is.With a lot more delicious subs added to the menu, I am most certain that this will be my go to spot for lunch when I am in the area.Thanks to the wonderful staff
