Hands down the best gluten free breads, bagels, crackers etc .
There bagels are one without a shadow of a dought the best GF bagel you can eat and definitely one of the best bagels I have had gf or not.
They have a massive range of delicious breads & bakery foods.
I would give 10 stars if possible.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering a few products to try, which were all delicious. It’s not always easy to find gluten-free baked goods that taste this good, but they’ve truly nailed it. This is definitely my go-to spot for gluten-free treats. Highly recommend!

In my opinion, the only way to review and rate specialty food providers is on the availability and quality of their products. Gold Standard (formerly Nate's Bagels) is excellent at every level. Their gluten-free products are second-to-none in the large field of this type of product I have tried. I say this after several years as a loyal customer. Thanks to Gold Standard, I can have tasty pizza, bagels, rolls, wraps, and pita again --all gluten-free and with great flavour! I highly recommend Gold Stantard products to everyone in need if flavourful, gluten-free bakery products.

All i can say is WOW! We are so happy that we found this gem. Real Bagels with a nice chew. When toasted had great crunch. They come in a variety of flavors. Everything bagel is my favorite. The flavored pita shards are highly addictive . The rye bread; i don't know how they do it. We made pizzas from the Laffa bread as they suggested. The owner/staff were very attentive and most knowledgeable. They had great advise on care and suggested prep of all the items we purchased. This place is in a semi industrial area as it is the production facility. (Look for the unit number 11+12) You can also order online. I am hoping to get some of their products in a store/stores close to us in Niagara.

Gold Standard is a total game changer. The taste and texture of their products are incredible—truly premium, restaurant-quality gluten-free made with clean ingredients. It’s rare to find GF options you genuinely love, but every item I’ve tried so far—the bagels, wraps, and dinner rolls—has been outstanding.

Beyond the food, the experience makes it even better. The owner is kind, welcoming, and clearly proud of what they’ve built—you feel like family the moment you walk in. This is officially my go-to for gluten-free products, and I can’t wait to try everything they make.

Absolutely love their gluten free bagels! These are the only ones I’ve been able to find that taste great and have substance (not thin/ flimsy).

Whoever is working your booth at the RC show is the absolute most unpleasant human I have ever met.

Found this gem by accident, definitely worth the drive. Everything bagels and crisps are amazing, topped off with great customer service!

We are new to Gluten free. I purchased a loaf of bread to make my Thanksgiving Stuffing. Everyone commented on how delicious the stuffing was this year. My daughter loved the bagels and buns. Rest assured we will continue to purchase from them when I’m in town. Thank you for your service and educating us on the bread.

I can't say enough good things about this place! If you're looking for top-quality gluten-free bread, look no further. I had the pleasure of going to their bakery this morning and the bagels here are absolutely amazing. They’re soft, flavourful, and don’t have that dry, crumbly texture that so many other gluten-free breads do. It's honestly hard to believe they're gluten-free!

The service is very friendly, and I love how the staff is knowledgeable about gluten-free products on the market. They are also very proud of their product and it shows. If you're gluten intolerant or just looking for healthier options, this bakery is a must! Looking forward to my next visit.
