Sushi tastes great, food is delicious, staff is so friendly.

Tried this place when it first opened up and it wasn't bad. Tried it again now and wished I hadn't spent $20 on something that's just ok. $20 for this is a bit steep considering the majority of the bowl is rice. If I was in a pinch, $20 can get me further at Pho Anh Vu right across the street. There's something off about the rice, like it's not as fresh as it could be. It's just disappointing.

Decent PokeBowls, but not the best we've had. The rice-to-protein ratio could be better, but the free soup was amazing.

Big downside: they don’t allow pets, which is a dealbreaker for us.

Cannot express how much food you get for your buck. Very generous portions and the flavour is outrageously good

Extremely disappointed!! Ordered on delivery and got HALF the portion that you normally get. Had to ration my toppings cause majority of the bowl was just unseasoned rice….a complete rip off. You’re better off buying a poke bowl from a grocery store

Never order on uber eats! Only half the bowl was filled and 70% was rice. Hardly any toppings or fish. Obviously they purposely give less portions when you’re not watching it being made.

Bowl and fish were incredibly bland and the lack of toppings don’t help. We paid more than $20 per bowl and we’re not even full. Very disappointed that they would treat their customers this way.

I decided to try their Build Your Own Poke Bowl with Kale Greens as my base. I selected Classic Shoyu Salmon and Spicy Shoyu Salmon for my protein choices. For additional toppings, I went with avocado, fresh mangoes, edamame, seaweed salad, and spicy seaweed salad. My chosen sauces were classic shoyu, unagi, and spicy aioli. To finish it off, I garnished my bowl with nori, crispy onions, black & white sesame seeds, tempura bits, pickled red ginger, and scallions.

The server was exceptionally friendly and generous with the portions, making sure my bowl was full and satisfying. The location itself is very spacious, featuring a convenient grab-and-go concept. I particularly enjoyed the open kitchen layout, where you can watch the staff prepare your food with care.

I visited Poke Guys on an empty stomach, looking forward to a fulfilling meal. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived as I ended up with food poisoning later that day. While I was there, I noticed the server taking the kale greens directly from a plastic bag without washing them. This raised immediate concerns about the food safety practices at this location. Packaged greens, whether pre-washed or not, can still carry contaminants, and proper handling is crucial to prevent foodborne illnesses.

It is incredibly disappointing to have such a negative experience, especially when the initial impression was so positive. Food safety is paramount, and the handling of vegetables at this establishment clearly needs improvement. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and implements stricter food safety protocols to ensure that all produce is properly washed and handled.

Despite the good service and pleasant atmosphere, the health and safety oversight left a lasting negative impression. I genuinely hope that the owners will address these concerns promptly, as the potential for contamination is a serious issue that could affect many customers. My visit to Poke Guys was meant to be a satisfying culinary experience, but it ended up being quite the opposite.

Ordered a large size and the toppings were abundant. Very tasty and a little spicy (depending on what you get).

The food is just ok. Nothing special. The servers were not very helpful and seemed that they were annoyed when I asked them questions. Super expensive. I got a large salad bowl and added a couple of the premium toppings and it came out to almost $35. Not good value for the money.
