I had been coming to this place in the past and decided to come back to try it out after a couple of years. Frankly, I was disappointed. The prices have been jacked up materially and the quality and quantity has suffered. The Kung Pao chicken was tasteless and the nuts in the sauce were stale. Adding insult to injury, I was charged the normal dinner price for the dish even though I ordered this particular dish off the lunch special menu. I pointed this out to the owner and she just shrugged and said I had ordered a dinner item (there is no dinner menu on the table at lunchtime). The correct thing to do would have been to apologize and correct the bill but she was indifferent. Ain’t going back there.

I got a dish that had cabbage witch in alergic too and he changed it for something else! Nice workers good energy ! Food wasnt bad at all! Would come back

I came all the way from Scarborough and I ordered on phone , but it was so late and I had kids we decided to sit and eat the lady on the front was very mean and rude why can’t I sit and eat in , I in fact told her we came from Scarborough ,she said no you can’t sit and eat . Very disappointed not coming here again

We had an amazing meal at Royal Jade! The food was fresh, flavorful and perfectly cooked. We ordered the vegetarian pakora, chicken hot & sour soup and Hakka chow mein, everything was delicious. The pakoras were crispy and full of flavor and the soup had the perfect balance of spice and tang. Even my kid loved the chow mein! The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely coming back soon!
