We were so happy that Royal Jade was open for lunch on Saturday. The host was so friendly and answered all of our questions explaining how different dishes are prepared. The best dish was the fried pakoras in gravy. They taste like meatballs. My mango lassi was one of the best I’ve ever had unfortunately I didn’t get a good picture of it. My husband and I came here during the winter holidays right before attending a concert in Toronto and the food was amazing. The woman serving us was also super sweet and brought everything how we requested it. It’s been a long time since I’ve had Hakka this good! Thank you Royal Jade for a great first experience! (General Tao is worth it)
The indo Chinese food at this place is amazing ! If you like it spicy, explicitly tell them how much spice though.. but over all really well prepared food. It’s also kid friendly.. you could the food with no spice ! It just takes a long time if you are 6 people or more but that’s likely because they are preparing it fresh. Will come here again !
