“Finally got to go for lunch after hearing about it. Lovely sandwiches and scones. On a warm afternoon there was a choice between indoors with aircon or a patio shaded by a large tree. Personally, we were sitting outside.”

“The parking lot does not accommodate enough cars when the place is busy. We had to park a couple of blocks down the street. On the bright side service was excellent, speedy and efficient. We try again on a less busy evening.”

“We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. As soon as we sat down our server was there to take our drink order which we needed a bit more time then the drinks came pretty quickly, we placed our food order and then that's where things fell a little short. 35mins until our food was served. But we enjoyed our mains. I had the sirloin med rare and it was perfectly cooked. My husband had the fish and chips and really enjoyed it as well. Great value. Would definitely come back.”
