By far the worst customer service ever!! Went there for 10:00am when they open. They opened late first of all and when the lady asked what we wanted we requested a sandwich. The lady at the front told people at the back, and they said loudly, " Well, they can wait. We're busy" I was extremely surprised by the response they gave.My husband and I laughed because on the door it says to please shop local. We tried and received horrible service. You just lost a customer permanently!!

Excellent food and prices. This is the greatest food spot Noone is talking about in Cornwall. I got a huge sandwich for $7 Canadian, and it filled me up. These folks are great people as well. They do community outreach and donate food to homeless people as well. Please shop.here. it's good to support small businesses that give back to the community.

Best place to get a sandwich in Cornwall! Be advised, there is no seating, these treats are "to go" only.Also be aware of their limited operating hours.I recommend the turkey on white and a box of donuts.Friendly staff, good prices.
We arrived just after 3 pm and we could only order an egg salad sandwich. At first I was disappointed until the very pleasant young lady explained that the meat slicer had to be cleaned at 3. I totally understand, the bakery closes at 3:30 so they must have time to totally clean the slicer. Before closing. All was not lost they had some charcuterie type individual serving plates available, we bought 2 as well as 2 containers with deviled eggs. Very good. Also pick up a pair of bakery treats for desert .I highly recommend this bakery the food was delicious .Get there before 3 if you want a meat sandwich but if you don’t. Make it there are certainly delicious alternatives to a sandwich available.Professional, courteous and friendly.Thank you

Also, Beware with the old reviews because it’s new owners, just check the most recent reviews. My husband just picked up my birthday cake and I’m very disappointed. This is not a Riley Bakery cake. I knew it was new owners, but I was hoping that the cakes would have been the same recipe. The price is over and beyond for $45.00 not even one decoration like flowers or not even written Happy Birthday. We used to buy our cakes there. We will never order there again.
