Great food, great conversation, a true local landmark. Excellent prices. The very best home made pea soup in Cornwall, made in the traditional style.

This quaint and cozy restaurant is exactly the type of place that just feels like home. Val is so friendly and goes above and beyond. You will not find a more affordable breakfast place in town and she truly makes everything with care. Weekends are busy!! It is cash only, ATM on site.

I recently had breakfast at Val & Pauline's diner and it was a wonderful experience. I ordered their special which included 2 eggs over easy, 3 pieces of bacon, home fries, and brown toast. The food was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. It felt like having breakfast made from your grandma, it was that delicious!The atmosphere of the diner was also very inviting and comfortable.
