Food was good, ambiance was terrible. They definitely need a woman’s touch to make the place more inviting. It felt like I was dining in a run-down factory. A refrigerated case was making an extremely loud sound and all the tables were dirty.

If you’re coming for halal meat, be advised that they are shutting down the grocery section and turning the place into a restaurant. Hopefully they’ll keep the chef but change everything else.

Ordered lamb shank today, it was my first time here and I was really impressed with the quality and taste. Definitely a great place to try!

We had 20 honey hot wings and a small meat lover pizza wings were excellent, just wish there was more sauce on the pizza.

We had the butter chicken pizza for the first time tonight and absolutely loved it. This is our new favourite pizza with chicken. The pepperoni pizza and wings were also great (The buffalo wing sauce has a different flavour so I recommend getting it on the side to be safe). We fed a family of 6 for $45 thanks to the amazing specials.

Shah's is our family's favourite place to order wings. The Buffalo hot and hot flavours are so good! They had a great deal today only, $15 for 30 wings and they were perfect. We will continue to go back as the customer service is always great and the food is amazing!

So, I’ve been seeing a lot of the reviews here, and a lot of them are very mid. But I find it a bit annoying you call all the 1 star reviews fake, because the people edit their reviews and say that it isn’t fake, I don’t think they would do that if they r competing with you. Like yes, I agree some reviews in this are fake like the one that they said there was a lady, which I’ve never seen a lady before but that’s whatever.. And some of the responses to their reviews are honestly in my opinion, unprofessional. but I’m going to talk about what I think about Shah’s. So I haven’t had any of the cultural food before, (like the afghani, Pakistani etc food) but I’ve had the burger, fries, and chicken wings, so first let’s start off with the burger, burger is pretty much okay, tastes like a burger but you know what’s good about it? It’s halal. Next is Fries, not my favourite. It’s good sometimes but sometimes it’s not, my opinion tho. It’s okay. and lastly is chicken wings, very good, I love the sauce. Also I forgot but I’ve had the rice and I think chicken before, my daughter had some at her school but didn’t want to finish it so she gave it to me? But for me it was okay but kind of good, it’s just plain, not bad, not amazing. Some times the food comes very late, like I remember shah was doing hot lunch with my daughters school and it came at like 2, when it was suppose to come at 12. And my daughter said there was only 2 people in class who ordered it, (including her self). But I understand that shah is very busy. But the service is good all the workers are very nice! So my overall rating is a 3/5. It’s okay!

Very bad never ever going back

Shah's has the best fried chicken meal in town and the grave ans sauce are bomb.

We order often from Shah's Halal Grill and Grocery. Everything is delicious and the quality of the Halal meat is excellent! We have eaten their excellent pizzas, and their fried chicken is better than any other in town. We finally ordered the butter chicken meal deal and the beef korma meal deal this past weekend. They were a great choice! Sumptuous! We should have tried them sooner! So delicious! This is our Family's favorite restaurant. There is something for every taste and the prices are reasonable. The grocery store is clean and full of great selections and the customer service is friendly and helpful.

Amazing And just awesome food. Wether it's just a bite or a full on meal, take out or dine in, Fast food or traditional Afghan food just come in and enjoy nd oh yeah need groceries? Yes ! They have groceries as well.
