I went today for my birthday, I was really sad over something so I wasn’t very energetic when I ordered, polite, but quiet. I asked for less ice in my venti drink. When I got it, they had put a frowny face in black sharpie and filled my drink halfway with ice. It was my one birthday treat and it was so disappointing. They really hurt my feelings. Will not be going back.
Went in for egg bites and a chai latte. Mobile order. I always park and pick.up in the store to avoid running my car for no good reason.
Was met with smiles.
A happy barista left a feel-good note on my cup, and it made me smile.
angila at starbucks in cornwall continued to throw my change at me when i paid with a 100$ dollar bill it seemed like she got upset. i then counted my money and realized she did not give me the correct change they then made me wait while they counted their till to make sure that they did not give us extra money. basically she thought i was lying about the change given. made me feel like i was a thief when i was clearly not in the wrong.
