Super slow service. No smiles. Always ordered ahead and order never prepared in advance. Have to wait 15-20 mins every time. Spoke to owner about constant issues on speaker phone and had my daughter as witness. Owner gave 20% discount on every single future order. Ordered twice, got discount then would not give promised discount after that. Did not keep their word. There are other sushi places in Cornwall that offer better service and are cheaper.
When I got the menu in the mail, I was so excited. Turned out to be a BIG disappointment. I ordered online, and arrived at my pick up time. Was told I'd have to wait 10 minutes (for the record, I ordered a very easy combo plate). Twenty minutes later, my order was theoretically ready. To my surprise, they were out of the chocolate banana balls that I paid to have included with the order.
