If I could i would give 0 stars, I was given a free drink, but I had to activate it, but my my appointment would not let me. I try telling Tim's this but they seem to get it, and they are not nice enough to give me another one. Like they can't afford give a free drink because there app mess up. I will not step in a Tim's Horton again

Absolute horror. I walk in the washroom only to see the aftermath of 2 large ice caps, 3 tacobells, samyang buldak spicy noodles and milk. Like clean the washrooms bro, why do every tims i go to have the nastiest washrooms? Clean the damn washrooms, like i just want to urinate or wash my hands, thats all I ask for.

Ordered through mobile. First he said I have to come in for ANY mobile order and legitimately refused to give order even after the on duty manager said my name. But a “code didn’t match”. Now I’m having to wait 30 days to TRY and get a refund through app. Completely untrained and no where to complain but on google.

I had the bacon everything flat bread pizza for the first time. It was actually pretty good. If you haven't tried it, I'd recommend it. Just once in a while cause I find TH pretty expensive.
I was there today the staff messed up my order then made me wait 20 minutes after saying it'll take 10 minutes then they served the order with a fake smile without saying "sorry for making you wait."

I went here with my friends and we ordered 2 ice caps with whip cream and they didn't add it on we asked again and they wanted to charge us for it, seriously? The Tim's on Brookdale gave me free whip cream on my ice caps, the staff are not paying attention won't be going here again can't even get a hot pizza at night here.
