I would give it a zero if I could for experience alone. My partner and I went in excited for beers and bar food, and were greeted by a sea of old white men, including the bartender. We were ignored and no one greeted us despite attempts to get the bartenders attention. If you’re not an old white man, go elsewhere.

We've been coming here a couple of times a month lately as a group, the service is always super efficient and the food quality is amazing.

Waited 2 hrs for food to come out….
No forks or knives until food came out… had to serve ourselves. Food was very good not sure if it was cause I was starving or if it was actually good.

I am visiting from out of town to meet up with some friends at winners. When I sat at the bar I made eye contact with the bar tender. I sat there for over 20 min and not once did the bar tender ask if I would like anything. I do believe his name was Phil his customer service skills are left much to be desired. Had to leave as the service was none existent.
I have been at winners before and that atmosphere was fun, this was an awful experience.
We’re from out of town and friends brought us to Winners for meal last night. The place was empty except for a large reservation that hadn’t arrived yet so we proceeded to put some tables together around the pool table area. The waiter, I think his name was Phil, he’s missing a front tooth, was so incredibly rude and condescending to us. I’ve never been spoken to like that by anyone especially in a client service environment. We were in complete shock and we left. We went down the road to Wing House, spent $300, had a great time with great service. Go there instead of paying to be insulted at Winners Sports Bar! NEVER AGAIN!

Restaurantji Recommends
Heard so many good things about this bar. Got there and the bartender had no sense of haha was super slow and honestly zero personality. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger and the burger was of; the toppings were nil, bun cold and flaky. Fries stone cold. Maybe the problem is the kitchen is upstairs and the bartender don’t care when your food get me to you because there is free popcorn to keep the beer flowing. I do NOT recommend this bar. Pay the extras $30 and stay upstairs at hops and barley. No compensation whatsoever. I will be contacting management on Monday.
Keep up the great service. Will see you again the next time I am passing through town.

Friendly, spot for locals, hotel guests welcome. This basement bar is a gem. Locals hang out here and hotel guests mix in. We came here on business and were sceptical of a basement bar but it is warm and friendly. Catherine is a hoot and Charlie keeps the organizational bits in place. Great service and good selection. Also a pool table in a dedicated space. It’s clear people come here to relax and enjoy a drink.
