“I really love the service here. I’ve been coming here for probably over two years quite frequently, sometimes daily, but most times 3 to 4 times a week. When the team members see me, it’s likely that they recognize me because they see me so much!

But I don’t know if my taste buds are playing tricks on me, but it seems like the coffee here uses a different brand of coffee than other Tim Hortons. It seems lighter and taste and not as strong as other coffees when I order the exact same drink and other stores

Other than that, the team does a fantastic job. They are cheerful, couple smiley, and great conversationalist.“

“I honestly have not been inside the doors for like well over 15 years, well today I did, may I say first, good job guys 👏. I was so impressed, the staff were so friendly, efficient, polite well dressed. 👍.And the options they have for breakfast lunch, and dinner if you will wow, my son had a Philly sandwhich, it smelt amazing, to which, he said It was. They still have the same large and in charge donuts you always expect. I guess hope for, and they still deliver on taste Im quite sure, I did not have the pleasure to grab one today, regretted it all the way home,but man they looked sooo good behind that glass 😊☺😁. “While out on vacation in the Peterborough and Lakefield area we found Kyoto Coffee while looking for coffee shops, I'm glad I did! I tried the Sumatra, Overdrive and Eclipse and they all are great and have their own flavor profile. I'm now a subscriber and look forward to trying more.“

“Love this location. All of the food I have ever got from here is so well put together and delicious! I just got the chipotle chicken wrap, and the thing was the size of a large burrito. Fillings were well ratioed, and it was so good. The guy at the window and speaker was funny and pleasant. And they're so quick!
Honestly most other locations just throw their food together resulting in s sloppy, inedible mess...not this one! Thank you!“

“Amazing staff, specifically Mubarak who was extremely accommodating especially for how difficult I can be when ordering. Great knowledge of the drinks served here, including ones I didn't even know and was able to describe what they were made with. Get this man a raise or promotion!“

“Very clean and welcoming shop with a great atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly kind and attentive. I ordered the pizza and potato wedges, and one of the employees thoughtfully let us know that the wedges would need a few more minutes, so we could start enjoying the pizza first instead of waiting. It was such a small but considerate gesture that really made the whole experience feel warm and genuine.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service made the visit even better. Honestly, people who live nearby are lucky to have a place like this in their neighborhood. You can tell the staff truly care about both the food and the customers. Definitely a spot I’d happily return to and recommend to others!“

“This Hass to be one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The lineup was out of the road which concern me for how long it would take to get anything. But they were so fast. They’ve never gotten my order wrong. Even when I have crazy requests, like half Wildberry and half peach sparkling quencher. Or sandwiches with extra sauce and certain cheese and certain Bread. And the coffee is always great.“
