The O’Connor House English Tea Room is a delightful place for lunch or tea, known for its superb food and kind staff. The chocolate cake is amazing and even the gluten-free option is delicious. The scones with cream and preserve, as well as the coconut cream pie, are also highly recommended. The tea room is beautifully decorated and offers a wide selection of teas. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, making it a place where you can enjoy a nice, leisurely meal. The high tea experience is excellent and reasonably priced. Despite a longer-than-expected wait for seating during one visit, the overall experience was positive and it is certainly a place worth visiting for a savored meal.
