Orderd a 20 piece got home and there were only 16 we called and they made it right we orderd again about a month later and it was 3 peices short and they basically told us to bad I love popeyes but I will never go back to the napanee location maybe they should pay there employees more so they dont have to steal chicken
Horrible place, bad customer service. How hard is it to be honest with the wait time, waited 24 min after being told it would be 10.
For them to just leave the food behind the counter and walk away so I had to wait another 2-3 min to just see if it was my order and get my food
That happened to also not be fully cooked. And they shorted me on fries.
Lastly, customer service is out the window. No one who works there acknowledges you when your food is ready

Popeyes has the best fast food fried chicken period. Always crispy and moist. The only issue I had was that they no longer have beans and rice.
