Got a London Fog and a buckwheat chocolate chip cookie, both were 10/10. The place has great atmosphere and staff were very friendly and helpful in terms of offering dietary substitutions.
I live quite near to this cafe. I fully support small businesses and rather buy from them rather than the Starbucks across the street. But when the treatment u get at the cafe becomes borderline unpleasant, I ask myself , why stay in a queue(line), why tolerate the cashier/server treatment (dismissive, snobby, with a “I am better than u”/“I am better than being here and serving u” attitude) when you pay the same amount across the street, don’t have to wait and you are...
The cafe is great, probably one of the best in downtown Dundas. Local coffee shop with a large patio, plenty of seating - however, depending on the hour, it's usually packed. You want to find your seating prior to ordering, otherwise you'll be waiting around. Alternatively you can take to go.
