“Great service, great food, great ambience. A beautiful spot for a summer brunch.
The pancakes with the lemon curd were absolutely mind-blowing. The daily grind was also tasty. I would suggest going for the salad rather than the potatoes.
Definitely recommend this cozy lil spot. They also do Vietnamese coffee and a butterscotch latte.
10/10 would recommend.“

“What a delicious brunch experience at Ohiru! I ordered the Chicken Katsu Sando and every bite was so juicy. The bread was soft and perfectly toasted, the chicken was tender and crispy, and the accompanying sauce was one of a kind. The Kinako Sesame Latte was a soothing hot drink on a cold fall day. We waited 1.5 hours for a table on a Saturday but it was worth the wait! Once you sign up for the waitlist, you can see all the other parties ahead of you and the amount of time they've been waiting which kind of gives you an idea of how long it will be (~75+ min wait). I'm excited for my next brunch date!“

“LOVE this place! The most delicious burrittos I've ever had! AND had to take 1/2 of them home as they were so filling. I had the shrimp while my friend had the smoked lamb and we shared them. Both were excellent. We loved sitting at the window table and watching everyone on College St. walk by with their dogs. Also $10 for a glass of Prosecco!?! Bargain! Decent prices and great service and atmosphere. We will be back. PS. Great place to hang out before a show at The Royal Theatre literally steps away.“

“This is a great little gem in Toronto's Junction neighborhood. The brunch was delicious. We had the specials. Their home fries are the most unique and delicious fries I have ever eaten. They also have a cool waitlist option that they use to seat their guests. The servers are very polite and friendly.“

“Nice hidden gem tucked away in the north side of Scarborough. You order via an app from a QR code but the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and attentive to refilling water, and anticipating the guests needs. I had the smoked salmon eggs benny and it was delicious! Looking forward to my next visit“

“We had the best breakfast! I had the blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes, and they were amazing. My husband had an omelet tell, and except for a surprise jalapeño that we didn't realize was an ingredient in his omlette (he's not a fan of spicy food; even normal black pepper seasoning gets his eyes watery and makes him sneeze), he really enjoyed it. The orange juice in the mimosa was so fresh. It really elevated the experience. I will say I did find a very small piece of chopped jalapeño that had made it into one of my pancakes, but it wasn't overly hot and really was more of a weird texture experience in my food than anything else. That said, the fact that the meals aren't super controlled to make sure certain ingredients don't end up in dishes could be a concern for someone with food allergies.“

“I’ve eaten at Good Morning Friends a couple of times, once for breakfast and once for a hamburger, and both meals were absolutely delicious. The food is fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The place has more of a cozy diner vibe, but the quality of the food and service truly stands out. The staff went above and beyond both times I visited. Highly recommend if you're looking for excellent service and tasty comfort food!“

“Just wanted a quick breakfast with my best friend so we decided to try this place for the first time. The price is decent and you get a decent generous amount of food with it, can't complain at all about that! Decor and atmosphere feels dated in a good way, the place is well kept and clean, Nice service as well. Thank you!“
