Their food quality has degraded way much than before. Service is poor too. Their strips look like the chicken has suffered polio, it's almost as thick as 2 pieces of fries hold together. Sandwich tastes bad, a combo costs you $15, that's worth it only if it tastes better than anyone else's. The employees are indifferent and will serve you food as if they are giving you free!

I can’t say enough good things about this Church’s Chicken location. There was an issue with my Uber order that wasn’t even their fault. Uber told me I would still be fully charged despite the error, which was extremely frustrating. Instead of brushing it off or saying it wasn’t their problem, the staff stepped in immediately. They took the time to listen, understand the situation, and personally contacted Uber to clarify what happened. They advocated on my behalf and helped resolve the issue properly, honestly better than Uber handled it themselves. That’s rare customer service. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. You can tell this team takes pride in how they treat people. On top of that, the food is always fresh, hot, and consistently great. The staff are friendly, hardworking, and go above and beyond every time. 10/10 experience. This is how customer service should be done. I’ll absolutely keep coming back.

Very nice staff, good affordable food. Dine in area was tidy and clean. Favourite thing on the menu besides the sandwiches is the biscuit.
Went down hill since opening, tried ordering a combo , ended up with only chicken, poppers are now an extra , white meat only seems to come in spicy.. Unless you wait 20 minutes. Went because I was in a hurry . Popeyes down the road is definitely the better choice
